Dan has a strong track record in delivering business transformation in corporates who undertake substantial new product development. He has implemented a number of target operating models in the Media, Telecoms, Automotive, Defence, Security and Information Technology sectors, either as a result of merger, acquisition or profit enhancement requirements.
Dan has significant interim management experience and operates at the Board level of large listed companies. He has proven ability in building and managing sales, engineering and operations teams. He provides unique and practical leadership to the delivery of ‘bottom line’ improvements in complex operations (sales channels, market structure, high technology, cultural diversity and geography).
Dan has lived for extended periods of time, away from the UK, in the USA, Germany, Denmark, France and Norway. He has integrated businesses and aligned programme objectives across a variety of European, American and Asian cultures. He speaks English, French and German.
Dan is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology with over 20 years’ experience in new product development.
