Serge became Finance Director of a start-up division in Consumer Finance distributing co-branded cards via partnerships with high visibility UK and International brands.
The division was successfully restructured and its operating margin improved from (£30m) to £10m in circa 3 years.
As the head of EMEA consumer investment optimisation of another Financial Service institution, Serge led the development of a structured way of optimising marketing investments by using sophisticated statistical tools.
After a year, Serge managed to improve the return on equity of all new marketing investments by circa 25% on a portfolio valued in excess of $75m.
